I think this is fairly typical. My tail dragger KR2 turbo 2180 also
acts this way if I allow it to. I just run it up long enough to insure that
the bubble has worked its way out after any fuel system work.

I tell you what, if you can tame that converted 152, you will be a true tail
wheel pilot. They are squirrely, the steerable tail wheel is more like a "oh,
I might go there" tail wheel. Go for it, then you have to learn the secret, we
are better than nosedraggers, handshake-)
