Upgraded from Ubuntu 13.10 to 14.04. When I close the lid and reopen I
get a black screen with no other options other than a hard boot. I've
tried with Power setting "When the lid is closed" Suspend and Do Nothing
but I get the same results. With these same settings in Ubuntu
