@Chistopher M. Penalver: Tried to install the mainline rc kernel in the last week but I cannot manage to install Ubuntu with those kernels. My computer never boots. The only thing I could manage to do is to try it on the kernel 3.13.0, the latest version (Ubuntu 14.04). And still doen't work. I tried to the Troubleshooting Hotkeys guide, When executing the Event tester I got this: keycode 161 = = (keysum 0x0, NoSymbol), state 0 0x0 So I guess the key event is detected but it's a desktop issue.
