For Oracular, iproute2 was updated to 6.10.0-2, synced from debian,
without fan support as we had initially planned to drop it in oracular
kernel. However, the current plan for LXD support still includes the
need to continue having ubuntu-fan support in the oracular kernel,

The attached dmesg seems to be from a clean reboot and doesn't contain
any information about the hangs. Is there any logs available from an
affected boot that provides more information than the systemd-resolved
hung task message? The systemd log messages would also help (e.g.
'journalctl -u sy
