Some ubuntu_kernel_selftests.net:cmsg_ipv6.sh are failing with linux-hwe-5.19
in Jammy but not with generic 5.19 in Kinetic.

Different tests are failing on the different architectures, however all
of them are returning the same "packet data returned 1, expected 0"
error.

Except from amd64 log:

04:06:25 DEBUG| [stdout] # selftests: net: cmsg_ipv6.sh
04:06:27 DEBUG| [stdout] # Case HOPLIMIT RAW setsock - packet data returned

04:06:28 DEBUG| [stdout] # FAIL - 1/93 cases failed
04:06:28 DEBUG| [stdout] not ok 1 selftests: net: cmsg_ipv6.sh # exit=1
