(it works, it just doesn't reduce the size in any meaningful way)
The font literally fills the entire taskbar, top to bottom, e.g.

reeze, any app I open in another WM launches with the
plain default Qt boxy look and near white color. Is this by design, and is
there a way to set a default style, (or at least a default color) that is used
by the apps opened outside kde?

How can I change the icons for these two buttons?

another annoyance that gets in the way if it cannot be turned off.
Does such an option currently exist, or would this take code modification to
disable this behavior?

This was a great keystroke saving feature.
Is the failure to load the search term by default intended in plasma/fw5?
Or, is this a regression that needs reporting?

This is wrong, (an incorrect implementation). The
desktop portion of the sphere should remain unchanged regardless of the
sphere cap deformation, and only the radius of the 'caps' should reduced
as the 'cap deformation' increases (toward the plane end of the slider).
This may be wo

part of the code that would live in now? In the old days it was
kdebase/kcontrol, would it still be in the same location?

the keyboard, grabbing the mouse and physically clicking on enter. (then

activate the old floating dialogs, or set the tab sequence and remember

aving a 'Preview', how do I use the "Embedded Advanced Text Editor"
to Preview with syntax highlight in the current build?
I have a number of long scripts and a couple of files with several
hundred C-functions in them that I preview and copy/paste from, without
syntax highlight -- it all looks like one big text dump.

not find a way to enable source highlighting. Is there a way to
build/install the "Embedded Advanced Text Editor" preview or generate it
through a rebuild of katepart? Is there a way to enable source highlight
in okular that I'm missing?
Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Arch. The only other possibility I can think
of is some strange X11/xdm/xdg/kdm issue that might cause this as well, but
I've been through the xinit on Arch pretty closely and there is nothing
apparent there.
What say the experts on this issue?
