We also have fully translated Konsole's documentation for a long time, it is
still English only this day.

For some reason, Simplified Chinese cannot be found in that directory. I never
installed Japanese/Korean, but they both have their folders there, but each of
them has only 1 or 2 subfolders and that's it. I don
