Ede,jump-jgrapht is used by graphtoolbox.It is glue code between jump/jts and jgrapht library. It provides methods to transform a collection of features into a graph.It is heavily used in graph toolbox but other extensions can use it to apply some of the many jgrapht algorithms to spatial data.te
