answering myself here but please chime in if you feel like it.
wrt. to the libraries below i'll probably deploy releases to ojrepo.soldin.de for now, as this is the easiest and more importantly easiest way to provide them to extensions utilizing them!

csv-driver had a dependency on it but compiled fine without it, so i removed it. but i expect they are needed at some point in some extension or not?
