Ede, jump-jgrapht is used by graphtoolbox. It is glue code between jump/jts and jgrapht library. It provides methods to transform a collection of features into a graph. It is heavily used in graph toolbox but other extensions can use it to apply some of the many jgrapht algorithms to spatial data. text-utils is used in matching-extension to provide some algorithms for attribute matching (ex. levenshtein distance). I also use it in a private extension.

i'm a bit clueless on how to handle these libraries.

csv-driver had a dependency on it but compiled fine without it, so i removed it. but i expect they are needed at some point in some extension or not?
