Since "Spatial Join of Geometries..." and "Transfer Attributes" do the
same, while the first has more functionality I propose the following:
a) removal of the Transfer Attributes
b) moving Spatial Join of Geometries to the tools\attribute menu...
c) renaming of the latter to Transfer Attribut
