i am well on the way.. you wouldn't believe how many (popup-)menu's we've got
in OJ.. pfuuhh!.. anyway, i guess i'll need maybe 2 weeks to commit the full
xml based menu/plugin configuration. maybe a bit faster..
i leave the toolbars alone for now, they can be done in a second st
Hi Ede,
Let me know how you progress with plugin management.
I have some new stuff to commit (mostly new classes so I don't think
it will interfere with your current changes).
I can wait a little, but I'm not sure it is the best strategy.
Waiting for your advice/roadmap.

not on my TODO list. although the mechanism i design should be able to do so.
basically OJ will have a configuration that has the final authority on where to
place plugins, regardless where the plugin tries to install itself
to.
for such menu monstrosoties like the sextante menu i'd prefer the ex

nice Ede!
now that there is (seemignly) only SkyJUMP and OpenJUMP left from all
family, I think this is a very (very, very) good initiative. As I am not

I hope you have also backward compat

had it on my schedule a long time already. the whole configuartion is so messed
up and missing clear structure that adding/removing or placing menu entries was
a real painful experience.
i tend to cross bridges when i reach them, eventually custom placing DB Query
lead me right to this bridge.
The terrific Ede!
That's what I was planning to do, limited to my developing skills. But
you've got it before.
With these modification it is possible to customize whatever type of OJ
usage.
thanks again

hi All,
in the process of adding DB Query from LReeder to PLUS, i started extending the
usage of default-plugins.xml, via additional tags and attributes, in
PluginManager and moving all currently hardcoded plugins from
JumpConfiguration, OJConfiguration over to dewfault-plugins.xml.
result will
