not on my TODO list. although the mechanism i design should be able to do so. 
basically OJ will have a configuration that has the final authority on where to 
place plugins, regardless where the plugin tries to install itself
to.
for such menu monstrosoties like the sextante menu i'd prefer the extension 
author to maybe deliver an *.xml file. this way the author can easily move the 
menu entries around, but we wouldn't have to deal with all the entries.
placing the Sextante entry into the main menu is another matter though. we 
should have control over it and i still have to come up with a way to configure 
submenu placing. plugins, separators are already in the works.
