IMHO such a list belongs into the code repository.
Of course a copy at the wiki can be kept in sync. Though for
simplicity I would add a link in the wiki that directly
leads to the respecitive file as in SVN.

I strongly suggest you apply the tool "cvs2svn".
Then you do not loose history, do not have to take care
for "trunk" and the other standard directories etc.
On Linux typically this will do the job:
cvs2sv
ntLayoutPlugin
you can export to SVG and directly load it in InkScape (you need
a current version). Worked pretty well over here.
At least the code might provide some insights?

The orginal openjump.bat adds all old batik jars
to the CLASSPATH explicitly.
You have to remove all %LIB%/batik/foobar.jar
and add %LIB%/batik-all.jar

Eventually it should, but it is not aimed for 1.0.
AFAIU, some raster stuff will be easier for OJ 1.2 (actually: current CVS)

Also I have been reported that 0.8.0 may only work with I18N set to
german language.
