I think if someone downloads OJ Plus, there's an expectation that it will
be much bigger than plain OJ, so a 50 MB download should be acceptable. If
not, the user can download plain OJ, and install the plugins she wants
manually.

Sure. I'll also add the MySQL JDBC drivers for symmetry. I'll consider
adding Oracle, but the requirement to accept Oracle's export licenses makes
it tricky.
