[ioquake3] Patch for Win7

Hi. I run a 32bit Win7 on a 64bit Intel CPU. I followed the instructions at: http://wiki.ioquake3.org/Building_ioquake3_on_Windows_-_Visual_Studio_2008 I got a failure. To fix it, I had to rightclick the quake3 project (in Solution Explorer), go to Properties -> Configuration Properties -> Linker
