I am using Airtel datacard on my Ubuntu 8.04. I am able to connect and
use the internet services. But when the connection fails, I am not able
to connect back without rebooting the system. The modem does not seem
to be identified. Not sure why. I dont have this issue when the
wvdial

SLP and DHCP protocols.

Can you elaborate on what do you mean by use case and test case? There
are RFCs that define the feature set of each protocol you have listed.

Two static ip 1.airtel go to 172.16.1.0 eth1
2. tata inidicomm go to 172.16.2.0 eth2
both the nework should able to access the linux box via eth0 for various
