CMSMadeSimple - Very simple and easy to setup. Has a few components but
not as extensive as Drupal, Joomla, Plone etc. I don't know if it has a

It does not sound to me in that way. Technically speaking, it is easier
to monitor top posting,bottom posting of the list by automating it
with a kind of

And there is no Single silver bullet to software development(Frederick
Brooks).
