Perhaps the whole point KG is trying to make is that it's meaningless to make claims such as "you can create a website in X mins using foo". Just look around at web frameworks, rails/turbogears/etc. It's reached a point of ridicule where each framework is trying to out do the other by claiming to "create your own blog app in 10 mins".
