I can confirm that a comma on the last item of a list is no longer a
syntax error. In regards to using cf-runagent for testing handshakes I
can only see that possible if the run agent now be targeted to a single
host. My testing Community 3.0.2 indicated that cf-runagent always went
through a

1. Syntax changes (especially in the direction of ambiguity) are not up for
discussion.
That would lead to fragility of the parser, back to cfengine 2 woes.

I'm running 3.0.2 community. I have a bundlesequence list. A comma at
the end causes cf-promises to report an error.
