The problem of first parameter can be done using a wrapper function for
compatibility here untested WVW_SETTITLE (windows , title)

I'm also very interested for gtwvw port. I have also an extended version of
GTWVW that I can send you (Ownerdrawn push buttons), more controls on
statusbar, real window background, shrink font on resize (almost without
flickering) Move subwindows concurrently with main window etc.

GTWVT is not involved.
BYW it is much easier to implement this proto
in GTWVT then GTWVG. And it will be a performance boost.
