the inconvenience of having a bunch of files in a directory you don't
necessarily have to access for any other reason..

I've asked around and some people (including myself) like to reconcile
when we get the statement in the mail so we can make sure there are no
erroneous transactions, etc.. I realize, however, that not everyone is
anal retentive like that :)

default actions (or at least a subset) that bank accounts do? i.e:

FYI, I'm not installing this under /usr/local but

- if one starts entering a transaction, but then hits "Cancel" and
dismisses the register window, upon reopening it, it shows two blank
transactions at the bottom..

to do in the gnome version while others are easier in the motif (which
is why I keep swithing back and forth).. it's not fun to use with a
touchpad, however, but I don't think there's much out there that is..
