I have added a new tab on the account-editor widget of Evolution for
IMAP Accounts. The widget can be accessed by Edit->Preferences->edit
(for an IMAP Account).
I committed this before the 2.9.6 release of Evolution. Sorry to
announce this late.

Scenario: Some IMAP servers do not expect password to be sent in plain
