You have to ask for a an SVN account.
Read this:
http://live.gnome.org/TranslationProject/SvnHowTo
But it usually takes some time to get an SVN account, so in the mean

Hello,

the coordinator just some days ago and I joined this language team via
Launchpad.
I know how to submit the translation using Launchpad but I don't know
how to do this in l10n.gnome.org.
Can you now tell me how to do it?
Hello,
I can commit it for you if you want.
But first, ask to your language coordinator.
Cheers,
Vladimer
