We've added a standalone version to the choir, it mostly reuses
existing strings.
There is documentation on the way [1], it has not yet gained the final
shape though

Thanks Claude. I applied proposed changes and hamster is now making
proper use of context.
On this note i also revised few of the date strings that were sharing
the same dilemma.
Changes are now in git master.
