Gnome SVN policy is that you either get rights to commit/change any
modules or you don't get them at all. That means that theoretically,
everybody who has an svn account can change basque translation files.
Anyway, svn accounts may only be used on modules where the maintainer
granted t

Since the shortcut key for gedit devhelp plugin has changed from F7 to
F2, we need to update its description.
So, the string has changed from:
"Makes F7 bring up Devhelp for the word at the cursor"
to:
"Makes F2 bring up Devhelp for the word at the cursor"
Can i commit?
