1.Using only one term in backup-restore plugin by replacing occurence of

I just commited a new error dialog to EOG.
It is shown when the user tries to save to an unsupported file format
and should avoid a crasher.
This adds 3 translatable strings to EOG.
1) "File format is unknown or unsupported"
