First make fbdev run. This is not within the scope of LibGGI, unless you are
using KGIcon as fbdev driver. If that is the case, please give details about
the video card and the driver s

Looks like libwmh cannot set the title before of ggiSetSimpleMode(),
beacuse the window is not yet visible. However, when one crates a
window, the title is "ggi on x", and (IMHO) it is not a fine thing to
see. It would be better if one could set the title before the creation
of the window, i

The window is not yet allocated to be precise.

well, I've just committed my most recent updates to LibGWT to the CVS
repository (degas).
Don't expect too much revolution in it but it may be cleaner.

Oh - you don't use a conventional X server when running under fbdev. Doing
so will cause the fbdev driver and the X server to
