Hello, all.
I think I'm finally ready to put all the breaking awesomeness that was
waiting for the git eclasses. However, I'm wondering what's the best
way of proceeding with it.
We've just lately finished the git->git-2 eclass migration. The old
eclass is no longer used and is marked for removal

If possible, assuming it is not already possible I would like to see
support for checking out multiple repositories; that way the patches
can simply be obtained from a repository instead of having to
explicitly snap
Since the project lead doesn't respond to private mails, is not present
in the projects IRC channel and does not comment on my bug reports I
want to ask here for review of the following packages, because those are
non-trivial libraries:

I'd suggest to drop the flag and patch the

Just small, very small comments. To avoid being accused of bikeshedding,
I'm totally fine if you don't apply any of them. It's entirely up to you. :)

Hello,
My previous mail didn't focus on the most important thing, so I'd like
to start another thread with a simple question: do we need to provide
a user-friendly ${DISTDIR}/egit-src/?
Currently the repository stores consists of either bare or non-bare
clones of the remote repository. We do not

Somewhat unrelated, but please think about it when you make
such a major change:
