Thanks for sending Furkan. Bazel has an aggressive release schedule with breaking changes between versions. Bazel recently jumped from ~.0.2x.x to version 1.x that offers stability for up to 3 months at a time. The build rules specified for version 0.26.0 are not compatible with 1.1.0. We have
