I can confirm that current (r142846) gcc trunk, with the changes from r142728,
r142722 and proposed patch in Comment 4 applied, builds pymol 1.1r2 completely
under either -O3 or -O2 and -fgraphite-identity

Eric, thanks for analysis. It saved a lot of my time.
The problem was in wrong final live ranges of a379r452 therefore the conflicts
was not recognized and the pseudos were coalesced. One pseudo is a temporary

The cfarm machine gcc50 has a 600 Mhz XScale-80219 with 512 MB of RAM,
