Dear Anna, There’s 3 factors affecting the results: 1. Atlas: we haven’t changed that in ages. 2. Optimization in segmentation code: there’s tiny differences in there but as long as you’ve used the same version for every case, you should be good. 3. Version of FS used to process the subject. Thi
