Hi,
I have a 3 level feat analysis with 2 runs in each subject on the first level.
At the second level these two get combined with a fixed effect analysis to
produce a mean for each subject. At the third level, the second level results
are combined with FLAME to produce group maps.
I was able
Once you have combined different subjects into one analysis in standard
space, it does not make much sense to render it on the surface as a
surface in standard space does not make much sense. You're better off
sampling your 2nd level analyses onto the surface then using mri_glmfit

When I run dypyinfo, it lists both GLX and SGI-GLX. Does this mean that I
still need to install a X11 video driver? Or is it a different problem?
Thanks again,

Dear FreeSurfers,
In the course of checking my skull-strips I discovered that one of my
subjects does not have a T1.mgz because they did not pass the automatic
Talairach failure detection. I checked the transformation with tkregister2
and -fstal, and it actually looks quite good; the brain is t
Dan,
Include the flag:

Well, I don't know if there is a different video driver for you to
try. Frankly, I just think the video of a virtual machine is just
not going to cut it. For proper graphics, you really need a full, "real"
Linux machine.

Sarah,
When I have seen this 'sliver' problem in the tksurfer in the past,
upgrading the NVidia Linux driver fixed the problem. But that was on a
native Linux system (with NVidia graphics), so I don't know what to
suggest here, since a virtual Linux machine is a very different beast.
