Sorry for my previous email today (see below), I found a bug in my SPM code.
Now, the fsig.nii image works fine and does the job.
However, I have some additional questions:
1. Is there a way I can change the colour specification for rtview e.g.

Dear Freesurfer Users,
I am running a retinotopic analysis in the 5.1.0 version of
freesurfer. As tksurfer is not ideal for viewing the retinotopic
data, I have been trying to find a download for rtview. I tried to go
to the following link:

Dear All,
I am still having trouble generating polar and eccen maps with rtview.
I did this:
cd $SUBJECTS_DIR/retinotopy/sj07/bold/rtopy.self.lh
rtview.sh --s sj07 --lh --eccen \
--real eccen/real.nii --imag eccen/imag.nii --fsig eccen/fsig.nii

Hi Michelle
many of the FS binaries use knowledge of the standard directory tree
under SUBJECTS_DIR to do things like lookup the original coordinates of a
flattened or inflated vertex, which is why you need the --s and --lh.

of wedge stimulus?
I'm trying to define V1/V2/V3 boundaries and was wondering how to get
