Hi,
Hope you are having a wonderful morning!

separately. You can cut and paste the printed asegstats2table command into the

Dear experts,
I've been attempting to generate a stats data table in qdec, but each time
I get a "Index Error: list index is out of range" error. This is occurring
when it is trying to parse the .stats file.
I've made sure that the files all line up exactly with the qdec table and

Hi
I don't know what you mean. The word 'generate' does not appear on that web

When following the longitudinal qdec tutorial (
https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/LongitudinalTwoStageModel), does
using the generate Stats Data Tables option extract data for the difference
between time point1 and 2, or something else?
Thank you.

Yes, it is possible. The max p-value is just the p-value for a vertex.
It is the probably of getting the data at that vertex by chance. The
p-value for the cluster is the probably of getting a cluster of the
given size by chance. The two p-values are unrelated.

Dear sir, madam,
I am currently using Freesurfers Qdec and I have a question about the
statistical output: is it possible to have a peak p-value that is larger
(i.e. less significant) than the clusterwise p-value?
My peak p-value (after using a - log10 transformation) = 0.0038, while my

Dear freesurfer community,
I'm trying to do my analysis in qdec right now with the question of differences of cortical-thickness between patient and control.
Instead I have a few questions about the different modulations in qdec:
In 'Design' it's possible to choose from different measurements.
Hi all:
I have three groups of subjects (major depression disorder, slight

Just the input data is smoothed (during the recon-all -qcache stage run

The patches that appear in a results display are not 'patches' in any
explicit sense, but just what is displayed due to the default thresholds
