Dear freesurfer community,
I'm trying to do my analysis in qdec right now with the question of differences of cortical-thickness between patient and control.
Instead I have a few questions about the different modulations in qdec:
In 'Design' it's possible to choose from different measurements. Are the options 'surface-based' and 'morphometric' the best ones for my question and what do 'volume-based' and 'functional' mean in this context?
Is 10 the standard dimension of smoothing in qdec? How does the smoothing changes related to ROI's?
