if you have run recon-all you should have a bunch of ex vivo BA labels in
the label dir.

I ran the freesurfer longitudinal stream for a subject with three time
points and found that the /stats/lh.BA.stats has remained constant across
all time points where as aseg.stats showed variations.

Hi Aaron,
if you look on the wiki there's an online preprint of a forthcoming
Cerebral Cortex paper on this. We're happy to distribute the labels and
were going to include them in the next release I think in any case.
