Hi Pradeep,
I just checked an example (using FS 5.3) and there my BA.stats do change
across time points in the longitudinal stream. So maybe
- you input identical images into the individual time points?
- you looked at the same file?
- maybe some other processing error (e.g. same name for different time
points) or restarting of the processing and somehow stuff get's overwritten?
Not sure, but BA should differ across time (in Thickness average,
curvature etc, the number of vertices should be fixed, that is designed
that way).
