Dear experts,
I had a question regarding the output of my Qdec analyses. When I run a
Monte Carlo Z simulation on my results, I get the following output:
# ClusterNo Max VtxMax Size(mm^2) TalX TalY TalZCWP
CWPLowCWPHi NVtxs Annot
12.930 94685921.76-48.9
c provides a different
max vertex as well as different coordinates.
I was wondering what is the difference between the coordinates. Which
output provides the coordinates of the maximum significant vertex?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Las Blawimo

Dear dr. Fischl,
I was wondering if you've had any chance to look at our images (image 3 and
4 are attached to a second e-mail with the subject: Anterior Temporal Lobe
/ Pial Reconstruction Troubles - part 2)?
Sincerely,

Dear FreeSurfer Experts,
We are collecting a 0.9mm isotropic FSPGR sequence on a GE MR750 3T
scanner. We're observing, in many subjects, a problem mentioned in previous
posts to the list where the pial surface does not follow the cortex
properly in the anterior temporal lobe region (and also in s
clusterwise p-value = 0.0029.
Could you maybe give an explanation how the clusterwise p-value is computed?
Thank you very much!
Kind regards,
Las Blawimo
