Hi,
I'm following instructions from:
http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsFastTutorialData
The anatomical data extracts successfully, but the functional data hangs
on this command:
tar xvfz fsfast-tutorial.tar.gz
The process extracts files for a while and produces this output:
./fsfast-tu
Hi,
I'd like to convert a label from fsaverage/MNI-space to the space of a
subject's unpacked, unreconstructed, dicom-format scan. Will this be
possible?
Thank you,

Our group has been making paradigm files in which stimulus onset time is
always a multiple of the TR (e.g. 0;2;4;8;10;12;16) even though, as a
result of jitter in our stimulus presentation program, the actual stimulus
onset time may be off by a couple hundred milliseconds (e.g.

I've noticed that an error is consistently reported in the unpack log file
when I unpack dti scans for any subject:
INFO: this run has an error, but trying anyway
For example, if I try to unpack the dti scan for subject RMCON032, whose
data is in

Ok. Since the -fsv3 flag is now available in stable, I thought that might
mean that I could could run selxavg3-sess in stable. It works fine in dev.
I'm assuming that commands being run subsequently for group analyses (e.g.
isxconcat, mri_glmfit) *can* be run in stable.

Hi,
I created an analysis using the -fsv3 flag and created a contrast:
and then ran selxavg3-sess:
which failed and gave me this error:
fast_selxavg3 at 492
[fsv3W fsv3AutoCor] = fast_ecvm2wmtx(ErrCovMtx);>
Is this a bug, or is it that I shouldn't expect selxavg3 to work with an
-fs
In tksurfer, is it possible to display some labels as outlines and other
labels as opaque? If not, I would find this a very useful feature (namely,
for masking out subcortical regions while showing activation within
cortical labels).
