Hi,
we are about to reprocess quite a few subjects originally done in 2004. I
am wondering if I will need to dig up the original dicoms, or if I can
convert the COR-files to .mgz.
-In the first study we have 2 series converted to orig/001/COR* and
orig/002/COR*.
-In the second study we have only 1
install that

Hello list,
we are installing Freesurfer on a computer cluster (about 400 cpu's)
running the
Sun Grid Engine. As there are other applications installed on the compute
nodes and space is limited, we would like to strip out any files from the
Freesurfer installation not needed for processing.
Is it
Is all info from the the dicom headers included in the mgz's throughout
the processing stream (eg. Patientname and such)?
Najmeh: Have you found a solution for anonymizing dicoms you are satified
with?
Thanks

Hi, if you are able to come by Psykologisk Institutt in Oslo and pick up a
DVD, I would be happy to make you a copy.

Hi Bruce and Karsten,
the volume looks much better in nICE, that is why we thought it was odd. I
have no idea why the log says 130 files found, there is clearly 128 files
in that folder. I will process it further and see how it works out.
Thanks and have a nice day
