Hi we are currently working on the DTI data and we are trying to get the mc-step running using diff-flirt. it does not work, although the unpacking and the dtrecon seem to work fine. I have attached the log-file and copied the error message at the bottom. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot! Best regar
