there a significant number of days since -qcache was run on the other
subjects? If so, you may need to run recon-all -qcache on all the
subjects you want to use with qdec.

I would like to request that the Freesurfer wiki be added to the interwiki
map (see link below). This would streamline linking for individual lab's
wikis to pages on the freesurfer wiki of commands (for example).

Hi Marcus,
I don't think that anyone is supporting the old freediffusion stream
anymore. You can try dt_recon (note it is not "dtrecon"). Run with
--help to get more info.
