Is there a reason you don't want to coregister them with AFNI's coregistration?
Regardless, AFNI also has a program to covert AFNI format to ANALYZE format
data.
Be aware however that AFNI supports all 48 possible data orders, while ANALYZE
does not... so keep good track of the right-lef

The newer machines that we use here at the NMR center for Linux have
roughly this configuration:

That is:
- dual 2.5GHz Opteron (AMD) processor
- 8GB RAM
- NVIDIA GeFORCE video card
- 100GB hard disk
These are not requirements but rather 'recommendat
You can use spmregister (front end for spm) or fsl_rigid_register (uses
fsl). Neither spm nor fsl will accept BRIKS, but I think the wrappers
will as they will convert the input to analyze using mri_convert. If
not, then you'll have to convert them youself.
