I got the driver from the NVIDIA site and it works without any problems.
My system is 5.3 release and the card I use is:
nvidia0: mem 0xd000-0xd7ff,0xde00-0xdeff
irq 16 at device 0.0 on pci1
I excluded Module "dri" ( I dont remember why ) and I use the Xorg library.
