GST-LV2 plugin is not requested by libreoffice itself but load by gstreamer
engine.
However, LV2 and bunch of plughins was updated recently and it may cause a such
problems.
Try to rebuild all gst-lv2 relelated.

why, as it has happened before. So check whether qt3 is on your
system, and, if so, nuke it.

Yes, using stock 9-STABLE (but a recent one as the clang patch has
been MFC'ed) and the latest libreoffice port WITH_SYSTEM_CLANG.
