I upgraded /usr/src from 4.7-RELEASE to 4.7-STABLE by cvs and trying
to compile it for transparent web-caching with squid (wccp support). I
tried the steps described in
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-17.html as i did before. I knew
from older experiences that the gre.patch given her

We installed FreeBSD 4.7 on an IBM eServer machine with an on-board
copper Broadcom BCM5703X and put two more fiber Broadcom BCM5703X NICs
into the machine. We used cvs to get the latest update on the stable
branch yesterday. However, only the copper NIC and one fiber NIC

Has anyone come across a daemon that will translate dns query responses
from inside ip's to outside ip's, when the query is though the firewall?
The CISCO PIX I have at work does this with the alias command - but -
I'm not at work where I'd like to do that.
