Hi Alex,
Runningmap.com uses a data grid for "my routes" view.

Last night I made these for placeholder graphics and as perhaps a
place to start discussion:

Nice job Carlos!
Designing by committee completely sucks. I'm not opposed to the idea
of a contest. I would vote on criteria that includes these basic
criteria:
- forget about Fx or anything close to Adobe identity
- no apache feathers
- simple, impactful

correction ... html5 logo has no gradients. I like that about it.
Hi Alex,
I'm wondering if it is possible to tackle a "stage map view" component
within the context of the Apache SDK. It seems like the chances of
this coming from Adobe are nil.

Hi Alex,

"Stage Map View" would be a component that would uses the native map
control on mobile. Google's AS3 map api is deprecated. Using a Stage

I agree. Pushed a tad too far in style.

With the exception of Jonathan Campos, I have not seen much activity

Oops. Apologies to you, Jun, and any other spooners active on this list.
Early days! The other pin I have is "will flash for cash".

That approach does solve the licensing issue.
As a professional designer I am ethically opposed to sites like this for
the purpose of crowd sourcing graphic design. If you go this direction you
will find that designers like me will not participate for this very reason.
And these are the people you need involved. If you go down this road you

That is nonsense. While the initial commiters are rightly so experts
at what they do, I don't think they are necessarily experts at
creating or selecting a logo. There needs

It's a good idea. It probably would be easier if you emailed each
submitter and asked them to answer a few specific questions to ensure
the logo is eligible ... such as Copyr
I agree with Doug. Don't put so much value into the direction an arrow
is pointing. It's a valid point in some cases but not necessarily an
overriding issue in every case.

As harsh as the initial poster's comments are, I think he is not far
off the mark. A contest is not a very good way to design a logo. Paul

focus group advice to design that logo it would have "looked like
