It's a good idea. It probably would be easier if you emailed each
submitter and asked them to answer a few specific questions to ensure
the logo is eligible ... such as Copyright ownership etc. More in
depth due diligence will probably still have to be done on the winning
design, regardless. Any lawyers on this list?
