I think its a great thought to formulise or standardise a way question
is asked. As i have also experienced, and reading the thoughts of
Paul, Ayush and Surya.etc, i also vet a similar thought that it
becomes increasingly difficult

To my observations from the past, we have been 99 % sucessfull in answering
all the replies, but with some delays as some of us asking for a attachment
& few of us asking to clarify the question again, my understanding of
