Hi Admins' ( I mean all the people who are running the show),

I think its a great thought to formulise or standardise a way question
is asked. As i have also experienced, and reading the thoughts of
Paul, Ayush and Surya.....etc, i also vet a similar thought that it
becomes increasingly difficult to understand what a person is asking.

I have experienced myself that i am reading less and less of posts
these days because the Topic of the thread, is simply put as "Please
Help!!!!" or "In a problem", at first few threads i deeped dived and
as Paul said, realised that the participant has not even put in time
to explain the problem.

Since, their is a wide variety of users attached to the group, i think
everyweek, you should circulate a PPT or an excel template to the
participants, this PPT or the excel template will remind or introduce,
if he/she is a new user, about what are the essential pre-requisites
one should consider mentioning while posting their problem(s). Though
i know it may be a repetition for old users, but it will keep people
informed about some of the basics(in order to make this group more
effective, i know the groups effectiveness is at a far high level :) ]

I have learnt alot from this group and more from those threads, which
had the topic, which clearly defined the problem at hand.

Cheers!

Harry
